4. Account Creation and User Obligations

4.1 Account Requirements

• Valid email address
• Accurate identity and contact information
• Secure password creation
• Age 13 or older

4.2 User Responsibilities

• Maintain account security
• Keep password confidential
• Use services legally
• Not misuse the system
• Provide accurate information

5. Payment Terms and Billing

• Activities threatening system security
• Sending spam or harmful content

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• InventumLab retains all rights
• User data remains user property
• Software license grants usage rights
• Trademark and logo usage prohibited

9. Service Level and Interruptions

• 99.5% uptime target
• Scheduled maintenance pre-announced
• Emergency interventions immediate
• Daily data backups

10. Limitation of Liability

InventumLab is not responsible for:

• Indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Damages from data loss
• Third-party integrations
• Internet connectivity issues
• Force majeure events

11. Mobile Application Special Terms
